The Hollywood Reporter, in an exclusive story, is reporting that agents for Chuck Pfarrer’s insider telling of the mission to kill Bin Laden are shopping the film and television rights around town as of last Friday. The Reporter predicts “interest from studios and producers is expected to be robust.” That could put a movie version of Geronimo in the company of two other films about the elite Navy SEALs — Act of Valor which is expected to hit theaters in February and the still-as-of-yet-unfilmed Katherine Bigelow production.
However, Pfarrer’s book goes beyond the actual raid — and is at odds in some details from the official White House version of events. SEAL Target Geronimo explains fully how the SEALs trained for the mission, how they pinpointed the Bin Laden compound and what they learned from earlier missions against Somali pirates.

Perez Hilton has his own spin on the story here although, unfortunately, he can’t spell Chuck’s name correctly. Even though it’s on the big graphic that leads his story!
